FastReg is a private platform to exchange documents safely. Each user has a private access that should not be shared. Should you need more users to have access to the platform, please let us know.

IMPORTANT REMARKS ON FASTREG
- Only you , as a brand or manufacturer, can upload documents. To avoid security breach, Taobé does not have the possibility to upload documents on your behalf.
- You need to have uploaded all mandatory documents , both for the finished product and for the raw materials to validate the step
- You can only upload one document per Document type. If you have several documents for one document type (example: 3 different documents for the Document type ‘Packaging Information’), you need to combine all three documents into 1 PDF before uploading.
- Validating the step will plan the review to the expert. Do not forget to click Validate Step.
- Automatic weekly reminders will be sent to remind you on the documents that still need to be uploaded and the due date. Create a rule in your mailbox to store these mails under a FastReg folder.
- There are deadlines to provide us with the documents we need for each product:
o You have up to 3 months to upload all mandatory documents for step 1 : the Formula Check
o You have 1 month to provide us with the mandatory documents for Step 2 : the CPSR/PIF
o You have 1 month to correct your labels according to the Label & Claims Check report we’ll have provided you with
If you are unable to upload the mandatory documents within the deadline , the product will be archived and there will be a penalty fee of 250€ to open it up again. If more than 6 months have passed we will need to start the registration from scratch.
- The free support included should cover the communication for the whole registration process. Should you need more support, we will charge for it additionally as per our hourly fees.
- We work on a first-come, first-served basis. If needed, it is possible to work on your product as a priority against a rush fee.
